Refund Policy

Dear customer,

Refund only will be provided for plant damaged due to poor packgaing. No refund will be provided for plant damaged due to poor courier service, since it is beyond our control. Also, there is no refund for broken/ cracked pots ceramic pots.

Tropicaland Agro will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 working days after the confirmation.
